About

Dr. Wadge graduated with a Diploma Legal Procurator from the University of Malta in 1996 and has been a Legal Procurator for 22 years. Dr Wadge then studied for a Master Degree in European Law at the University of Malta. She continued her studies at the University of Malta in 2016, where she graduated with a Diploma in Notary Public, and in 2018 she graduated from the University of Malta with a Doctor of Laws. Her Doctoral thesis is titled ‘Moral Damages out of Human Rights Action’

Dr. Wadge has worked in the debt-collection field for the past 15 years. She has served as head of the Malta Institute of Management’s ‘Woman in Management’ committee and has given lectures on credit management and debt collection. 

Dr. Wadge is a practising lawyer specializing in civil litigation and family law issues. Years of experience within the family law sector have equipped her with the ability to handle all family-related concerns professionally and compassionately. She offers representation and aid in various aspects of family law, such as:
• Separation
• Divorce
• Annulments 
• Care and custody access issues.

Dr. Alison Wadge is also a member of the Chamber of Advocates Malta.
